About Us
KLIR is a small, family-supported construction business established in 2025 by Ramon Mulingbayan. While the company itself is new, it is backed by more than 20 years of Ramon’s personal experience in the construction industry. Early in his career, he worked overseas in Abu Dhabi, which provided exposure to different construction practices and diverse projects. Since then, he has handled projects directly in the field, working on window and door installations, repairs, custom aluminum fabrication, and other construction work. Although the main specialization is aluminum and glass installations and services, the team also takes on related projects such as roll-up doors, glass installations, toilet partitions, and aluminum cladding, depending on client needs. Most of these projects are based in the NCR area, allowing the team to maintain close oversight and timely delivery.
Ramon personally leads and supervises every project, from initial measurement to final installation, to ensure the work is done properly and the results are reliable. To achieve this, he collaborates with carpenters and installers he has trusted over the years, while the family supports the business through marketing and communication with clients.
Moreover, KLIR’s approach goes beyond simply providing quotations; the team helps clients make the right decisions for their projects. They take the time to understand each situation, give honest recommendations, and suggest solutions that fit both the need and the budget. KLIR is built around Ramon’s experience and hands-on supervision, with a simple focus: do the work right, be honest with clients, and deliver results that will last.

Quality Check and Turnover
When the installation is completed, we conduct a final check to ensure everything is properly fitted and working as intended. The project is then turned over to the client, along with basic guidance on use and maintenance. We also provide workmanship warranty support, depending on the project scope.

After everything is confirmed, we proceed with the installation based on the agreed plan. Ramon stays involved on site, guiding the team throughout the work.

Site Inspection and Measurement
Once the client agrees to proceed, we conduct a detailed site inspection. All measurements and installation conditions are checked carefully to ensure accuracy before fabrication and installation begin.

Consultation and Planning
We start with a consultation to understand the client’s needs, space, and preferences. This can be done through phone calls, online meetings, or site discussions. We also show material samples so clients have a clear idea of the finishes and options available. After this, we present the proposed design, drawings, and quotation.
